About Christine Pratt

Christine M. Pratt brings a career of financial and regulatory oversight and compliance to light at a Real Estate level. Her professional history is strong in lending and financial accountability, and in her past roles as the Production Manager/ Mortgage Financing Advisor at various National Lenders, she has been constantly responsible for reconciling the financial and operational requirements of each organization. This experience set is invaluable as a Real Estate Professional.

Her professional history includes ensuring compliance with State and Federal lending regulations and with project management, lending systems and account design and implementation and the provision of financial advice. She has served as the Treasurer of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Women’s Counsel of Realtors for 2014, a one-year limited term appointment, and remains on the Board now on the Ways and Means Committee. She has been appointed President-Elect for the Women’s Council of Realtors for 2018, and will serve as President in 2019.

Christine devotes much of her spare time to her two teenage sons, and is involved with a range of charitable institutions, including WAGS4Kids, the Tour of Good Cheer, and the Lioness Foundation.
